SHIPPING:
All packages are shipped using Royal Mail Signed for at a cost of £2.50, unless Special Delivery (next day) is requested.
Delivery will have to be signed for and should take between 1 and 3 working days to arrive.

Royal Mail Next Day Special Delivery before 1 PM: £5.00
Guaranteed next day signed for delivery in UK before 1 PM the next day. Orders must be placed before 3pm the day before the delivery date to arrive on time.
We DO NOT post over Saturday, Sundays, or on Bank Holidays. If you place an order after 3pm on Friday it will not be shipped until the following Monday. Please bear this in mind before placing your order.

Outside GB:

Royal Mail Airsure: £6.50

It can take 2 - 5 working days to arrive. Note: For countries outside the EU, the post can take more time to get through customs, sometimes up to 1 month.

Unfortunately we can only take action after 1 month. We will give you a tracking number which you can use to track your parcel on Royal mail website. This option is not available to all countries.

Royal Mail International signed For

It will arrive in 3 - 7 working days. Note: for countries outside the EU post can take up to 2 weeks to get through customs - please be patient. This option is not available to all countries.

Orders to the US can be tracked at www.usps.com once they have arrived in America

Europe: 1-3 working days. Next day delivery is possible to some countries (France, Germany) if placed before 2pm.

REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS

Refunds and cancellations operates a ‘cooling off period’ for un-opened orders and our policy is as follows: Paid for orders cancelled prior to dispatch are fully refunded. Customers have the right to cancel the contract at any time up to 7 working days starting the day after receipt of goods. A full refund will be made. All refunds will be processed within 30 days.

Safe return of the order and subsequent postage costs are the sender’s responsibility. Those orders which Buddha-Botanicals deems to fall outside the stated ‘cooling off period’ will not be refunded unless un-delivered and in which case you will receive a full refund. Due to Health & Safety reasons Buddha-Botanicals does not offer refunds on opened orders. Distance Selling Regulations do not apply to Business to Business customers and Buddha-Botanicals reserves the right to charge a £15 handling fee on cancelled un-opened orders. You can expect your refund to be processed within 30 days.
